Account & Team Setup

Learn how to set up your NextLinks account and team workspaces.

NextLinks supports team workspaces so you can collaborate with your team on campaigns.

Account Types

NextLinks has two types of accounts:

  • Personal Account - Your individual account for personal use
  • Team Account (Workspace) - A shared workspace for team collaboration

Creating a Team Workspace

To create a new team workspace:

  1. Click on the workspace dropdown in the top navigation
  2. Select Create Workspace
  3. Enter a name for your workspace
  4. Invite team members by email

Team Roles

Team members can have different roles:

  • Owner - Full access, can manage billing and delete workspace
  • Admin - Can manage links, offers, and team members
  • Member - Can create and edit links, view analytics

Switching Workspaces

You can switch between workspaces using the dropdown in the top navigation. Each workspace has its own:

  • Links and domains
  • Offers and prelanders
  • Event configurations
  • Analytics and reports
  • Webhook settings
