Filtering Data

Filter Options

Narrow down your data with these filters:

  • Tags: Filter by one or more tags (AND/OR logic)
  • Link Type: Filter by link category
  • Specific Links: Select individual links to analyze
  • Country: Filter by geographic location
  • Device: Filter by device type

Tip: Combine multiple filters for granular analysis. For example, filter by tag "facebook" AND country "US" AND device "mobile".

Data Freshness

Understanding Report Data

Reports use aggregated data (materialized views) for fast query performance. This means:

Aggregation Interval

Data is aggregated hourly. Very recent clicks may not appear immediately.

Refresh Button

Use "Refresh Data" in the Reports page to force an immediate refresh of aggregates.

Note on Data Latency

If you see discrepancies between different date ranges, it may be because the aggregate hasn't been refreshed recently. Click "Refresh Data" to update.

Exporting Data

Export Options

Download your analytics data for external analysis:

CSV Export

Download filtered report data as CSV. Compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and data tools.

API Access

Query analytics data programmatically via the Reports API.

Prelander Analytics

If you use prelanders (quiz funnels), additional metrics are available:

Sessions

Users who started the prelander

Completions

Users who finished and clicked an offer

Completion Rate

Completions / Sessions

Revenue by Offer

Earnings per offer in the funnel

API Access

Query analytics data programmatically:

curl -X POST https://nextlinks.ai/api/reports \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "accountId": "YOUR_ACCOUNT_ID",
    "dateRange": {
      "from": "2024-01-01",
      "to": "2024-01-31"
    },
    "groupBy": "link"
  }'

Analytics Best Practices

Tag Your Links Consistently

Consistent tagging makes it easy to filter and group data. Create a tagging convention and document it for your team.

Check Data Daily

Regular monitoring helps you catch issues early and optimize campaigns while they're running.

Compare Periods

Use date range comparisons (this week vs last week) to identify trends and measure growth.

Set Up Webhooks

Forward conversion data to your CRM or analytics platform for unified reporting.
