Offers & Payouts

Offers define where traffic is sent and how revenue is calculated. Configure payout types, link event tracking, and set up partner integrations.

What is an Offer?

An Offer represents a destination that generates revenue. It can be:

  • Your own product or landing page (internal offer)
  • A partner or affiliate program (external offer)
  • An ad network or advertiser destination

Destination URL

Payout Types

Choose the payout model that matches your monetization strategy:

CPC

Cost Per Click

Revenue earned on each click

How it works

  • • Set a fixed amount per click (e.g., $0.50)
  • • Revenue calculated immediately on click
  • • No postback or conversion tracking needed
  • • Best for high-volume, low-intent traffic

Example

Payout Value: $0.25

Clicks: 10,000

Revenue: $2,500

Best for: Display ads, sponsored content, branded links, internal ad units

CPA

Cost Per Action

Revenue earned on each conversion

How it works

  • • Set a fixed amount per conversion (e.g., $25)
  • • Requires postback to record conversion
  • • Revenue calculated when postback received
  • • Best for lead generation, signups

Example

Payout Value: $25.00

Conversions: 100

Revenue: $2,500

Best for: Lead gen, free trials, signups, installs, form submissions

%

Revenue Share

Percentage of each sale

How it works

  • • Set a percentage (e.g., 30%)
  • • Postback must include sale value
  • • Revenue = value × percentage
  • • Best for e-commerce, subscriptions

Example

Payout Value: 30%

Total Sales: $10,000

Revenue: $3,000

Best for: E-commerce, SaaS, subscriptions, high-ticket items

Important: The value parameter is required in postbacks for RevShare offers.

Internal vs External Offers

Internal Offers

For your own products, landing pages, or ad units where you control the conversion.

Conversion fires automatically on click
No partner integration required
Instant revenue attribution
Best for CPC payout model

Use when: You own the destination and want to track clicks as conversions (e.g., internal ad units, sponsored content).

External Offers

For partner programs, affiliates, or advertisers who send conversion data back.

Waits for partner postback
click_id and pbk passed to partner
Accurate conversion tracking
Best for CPA/RevShare models

Use when: Working with external partners who will send postbacks when conversions occur.

NextLinks automatically appends tracking parameters to your destination URL:
